Terms of sale
1. Object
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between the seller and any person making a purchase on this site.
They apply to all sales of digital products offered on the online store.
2. Products
The products sold are exclusively digital (downloadable files, online content, etc.).
No physical product is delivered.
The essential characteristics of each product are described in the respective product sheet. It is the customer's responsibility to read this information before purchasing.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in the currency selected by the customer, according to the options proposed on the site.
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price list in force at the time the order is placed.
4. Order
The customer confirms his order after checking his basket. Online payment is the final validation.
Once the order has been validated, the customer receives a confirmation email, and access to the product is automatically granted (by download or private access).
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing an order, using the methods offered in the store (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.).
All transactions are secured via the Shopify payment system or its partners.
6. Delivery
La delivery is immediate and paperless.
Once payment has been confirmed, the customer receives a download link or access to the digital product, depending on the format offered.
7. No right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Codethe right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied without material support once performance has begun with the customer's express prior consent and has expressly waived his right of withdrawal.
By validating the order, the customer :
- Accepts the immediate execution of the service,
- And waives his right of withdrawal.
8. Liability
The seller cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the product or for the customer's inability to use it correctly.

9. Intellectual property rights
Digital products are protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, distribution or resale is strictly forbidden without prior written authorization.
10. Personal data
The data collected (name, email, etc.) is used solely for order processing and customer relations.
It is never sold to third parties.
In accordance with the RGPD, customers may request the modification or deletion of their data at any time.
11. Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will first be sought. Failing this, the competent courts will be seized.
